1. Make an offer for any player who is interested in signing that their club then negotiate.

2. At the negotiation screen click on the team name at the top of the screen and go to news.

3. Then go into the negotiations and put the offer to £0

4. Then hit the back button until you are back to the negotiations page and you will notice it says accept demands

5. This will mean you pay £0 for the player as long as you can agree wages etc as normal.
