Here’s the general guide in using CM files (non-graphic)

Patches e.g. Superleagues

For FM2005 & above

1) Extract to “Game Folder\data\db”

2) Make sure that you can see a new folder in that directory

3) Start Football Manager 2007

4) Click “New Game”

5) When prompted which database to use, scroll down to the superleague you just added and click OK

Data Updates

For FM2005 & above

1) Extract to “Game Folder\data\db”

2) Replace the version db folder with the new files

3) Start a new game to see the changes

Training File

For FM2005 & above

1) Extract to “\Documents and Settings\Your PC Name\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Game Folder\schedules”

2) Load and import the training from “Schedule button > edit schedule > import from above files/folder”

For Cm3 to CM03/04

1) Extract to “Game Folder\training”

2) Load and import the training from the game

Tactic File

For FM2005 & above

1) Extract to “\Documents and Settings\Your PC Name\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Game Folder\tactics”

2) Load and import the tactics from settings

For Cm3 to CM03/04

1) Extract to “Game Folder\tactics”

2) Load and import the training from the game

Shortlists

For Cm3 to CM03/04

1) Extract to “Game Folder/search”

2) Load and import the shortlist from the game

.inc File (Players/Team/League Names & Fixtures)

The file is savegame compatible

For FM2005 & above

1) Extract to “Game Folder\data\db\lnc\all\”

.xml Panel File

For FM2005 & above

1) Extract to “Game Folder\data\panels”
