This is an unofficial update for CM2 Germany, a trademark of EIDOS Interactive/Domark and Sports Interactive.

General

When you play CM2 with another version/patch (when existing), it could be that you have to rename the files! Only remove the “g” (e.g. tmdatag.db1 to tmdata.db1). The same you have to do when you want to edit the files with Boah’s CM2 Editor.

Super Cup problem

When playing this update with original CM2 Germany, you could get problems with the Super Cup in the first season. The reason for this is, that the original CM2 Germany includes wrong team names in *.db1 files and also in CM2.EXE. So CM2.EXE can’t find the (wrong) team names it looks for in the updated tmdatag.db1 file (and doesn’t know which teams have to play the Super Cup Final). Please mail me when you have this problem!

I’m not so involved in international football, so that especially in the foreign leagues it could be that there are some players in wrong teams, or have a wrong position. If you find such a player with wrong information, miss an important player, know about a transfer or a new player, which would “update my update”, please mail it me! (When you know, please with birth date, position and some ratings!)
